My sixteenth birthday is in one month.

Things will have to be different this year.

So they have birth mothers, but not birth fathers.

Maybe some countries do, I don't know all of them. But usually big brothers are the most important.

Brothers are even more useless than parents.

Not in our case. You usually need them to learn thing and grow up without the other stronger nations invading you all the time. That's not very nice.

So they train you, because you don't have fathers.

Heh, no. Gilbert was strong, even as a kid and some adults countries are still weak. You can be strong, but if different countries make and agreement they can declare war and win.

No, it never last long. We don't have families the way you do. All the nations seeks independence, you can't survive if you are not strong enough. England couldn't understand that until it was too late for him and America.
