Brainwashing the entire world is what would be useless. There's too much of a chance for backlash. It's already been shown to wear off in the past.

OOC: Yes plz. Also, an idea-- since I'd imagine that Azula is the sort of person who would have herself to withstand torture (both physical and mental, but especially mental), probably the best way for it to work really well would be if Ozai and/or the guards didn't let her sleep. Sleep deprivation = lowering of defenses = happy fun torture times for all (except Azula, lawl).
