After "Ty Lee" had started talking about coming and grabbing her, Azula wasted no time in finding a place to hide. She finally settled on a big wardrobe in the corner of the unfamiliar bedroom she had found herself in. She climbed in and pulled the doors shut behind her, wiggling to the very back and curtaining herself with some of the strange-looking clothes that were hanging inside.

This was probably just some weird nightmare. A bunch of peasants who had no idea what the Fire Nation was? Grown-up Ty Lees and Zukos, who had things like gross-looking scars and foreboding-sounding fighting skills (Azula had no idea what "chi-block" meant, and she didn't really want to find out)? Definitely a nightmare. It was all Zuko's fault, probably. He'd been having bad dreams for about a week-- ever since their mother had disappeared-- and now he was passing them on to Azula. Stupid Zuzu.

Agitated and upset, Azula pulled her knees to her chest and sniffed. The wardrobe was a dumb hiding place. She wondered if maybe she should have gone to another room entirely-- but then how would her father ever find her when he came to pick her up? And besides, if she left now, she might run into the big Ty Lee in the hallway or something.

Azula shifted around a little, pulling at the clothes hanging in front of her to make sure there were no gaps. Then, getting an idea, she yanked some of the ones that were hanging on the other end and tucked them around herself, trying to make it look as if she was just a pile of laundry. She curled up underneath the clothes as tight as she could, sat very, very still, and waited.

Ty Lee had, in her mind, thought that she was being somewhat gallant. After all, Azula wasn't in her right mind. (And was really cute when she was little, but that was beside the point.) After checking the hallways, Ty Lee peeked in the guest room Azula had been using. "Hello?"

Azula, obviously, said nothing.

Ty Lee entered the room, and started searching it. First stop was under the bed. "Azula? Heeello?" Not there. Behind the chairs? Nope. Under the desk? Not there, either.

Then she came to the wardrobe. It was big enough for a little girl to hide in, wasn't it? Ty Lee opened it.

Azula's eyes widened slightly when she heard the door open, but she still didn't move.

She moved some of the clothing aside. "Come on, I'm not going to hurt you." At least this time Azula wasn't sulking under the bed, like during that virus. That was just...well, Azula-ish.

Ty Lee climbed inside the wardrobe herself; it was big enough for her to do so. Then she started moving towards the back of the wardrobe, moving aside the clothes. Maybe Azula wasn't in there after all...

Azula stayed where she was, hoping Ty Lee would give up and leave.

Ty Lee blindly grabbed what looked like to be some kind of overcoat on a pile of laundry. Might as well.

Azula squeaked in surprise when Ty Lee grabbed at her. "Hey!"

"Found you!"

"Leave me alone! I'm not going with you!" Azula tried to scrambled around her.

Ty Lee lounged, grabbing her by the shoulder roughly. "I'm sorry, Azula, but you don't have a choice." She squeezed.

"I do too have a choice; let go of me! I'm not going to--" Azula stopped suddenly, realizing what Ty Lee had done. Luckily, she didn't panic-- at this point in her life, she hadn't yet developed a near-phobia of losing control. "... I can't move my arm," she said curiously.

Ty Lee smiled slightly, a little sadly. "Like I said, you have no choice," she said slowly before turning the young girl slightly and jabbing her a few times in the back.

Curiosity quickly turned into annoyance. "Hey! Leave me alone!" She pushed against Ty Lee with her legs.

She stiffened but didn't let go. "This is for your own good," Ty Lee said, trying to drag Azula backwards out of the wardrobe.

Azula was still struggling. "I have to go with my dad!"

"No. You don't--Will you stop that? Don't make me punch your throat."

"I won't let you!" She continue to try to get away.

Bad karma, bad karma...oh well. Things had to be done. "You don't have a choice." Ty Lee ran a finger down Azula's back, figuring out where the points that controlled the legs were. Finding them, she gave her several jabs.

The kicking stopped immediately; her legs fell limp. Azula let out a small wail.

Ty Lee shifted and grabbed around Azula's body, getting ready to pick her up.

"Leave me aloooooone," she wailed again.

"Grow up." Ty Lee picked her up and slowly walked out of the wardrobe.
